The DSA K-14 Committee Receives UArizona IRes Community Impact Grant

The Data Sciences Academy’s K-14 Education Committee, along with our partners from the Pascua Yaqui and Tohono O’odham Nations, have been awarded the Community Impact Grant from the UArizona Indigenous Resilience Center to host a community forum exploring ways we can support Native students in computer science education. We will employ Appreciative Inquiry to Discover, Dream, and Design a curriculum that centers the culture, priorities, and knowledges of Native communities.
